Company Introduction:
Wuxi Hailijin Textile Co. Ltd. Is a joint-stock enterprise founded in1989. It was previously known as Yixing dyeing finishing & weaving factory. It is at the east side of the HeQiao town, Yixing City that is famous for its convenient transportation and good environment: Neighboring Tai lake at east, it has direct transport access to Wu Xi and Shanghai, to Nan Jing in the west, hang zhou in the south, Chang Zhou and Jiang Yin in the north.
We specialize in yarn/thread dyeing, fabric brushing, singeing and desizing, mercerizing, sizing, shrink-proof and weaving yarn dyed woven fabric. We have annual production of 4000 tons of dyed yarn, 30 million meters of finished and processed fabric and 12 million meters of yarn-dyed fabric. Our main products include various specifications of yarn-dyed woven fabric in cotton, CVC, T/C, linen, linen/rayon, linen/cotton, etc, which are exported to more than ten countries and regions like U. S. A., Europe, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong.
We have over 40, 000 m2 workshops, 65 million RMB fixed assets and more than 1000 employees. We have over 400 sets of machines for weaving, dyeing & finishing process. Process weaving line includes 32 sets of Toyota JAT710 air-jet looms, 200 sets of GA747-180 flexible rapier looms and 200 sets of weaving looms in associated mills; Process finishing equipment includes 10 sets of wire raising machines, 2 sets of singeing and desizing machines, 2 sets of shrink-proof finishing machines, 2 sets of sizing machines, one set of mercerizer, and one set of brushing machine. We also have a sewage treatment station. We were granted ISO9001 Quality System Certificate in 2002, and ISO14001 Environment Management System Certificate in 2003. After several years′ development, it has developed into a medium-sized company with a bright outlook.
